At Foot Colony, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Our Exchange and Return Policy ensures clarity and convenience while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

1. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange an item for the same or a different item within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with the price tag intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

2. Return Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Customers are advised to check sizing and quality before payment for Payment on Delivery transactions as refunds are not available after payment.
  • If payment was prepaid, refunds may be processed if:
    • The item is no longer available.
    • A defect is reported within 3 days of delivery.

3. Warranty

  • All products come with a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Items eligible under warranty can be returned for repairs. If repairs are not possible, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
  • Clearance or SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our Lagos warehouse, except for prepaid transactions or cases of wrong item delivery.
  • If an incorrect item is delivered, Foot Colony will cover the cost of returning the item and shipping the correct one.
  • Items must be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility for exchange or return.

5. Additional Information

  • We use third-party logistics for Pay-on-Delivery transactions. Exchanges or returns can only be processed after payment is confirmed by our logistics partners.
  • Swapping of items is not allowed. The original item must be returned and inspected before processing an exchange.
